Terms and conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter is Gourmet Brands Two Pty Ltd (ABN 98 112 255 259) trading as Hampers With Bite, 27-30 Success Court, Corio VIC 3214 ("Hampers With Bite", "we", "us"). Victorian liquor licence no. 36303074.

2. Accepting these terms

The instructions on how to enter and the prize details on the giveaway page form part of these terms. By entering, you accept these terms.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over at the time of entry, except residents of the Northern Territory. The winner must provide proof of age and residency before the prize is delivered.

Employees of the promoter and its related companies, and anyone else involved in running the promotion, and their immediate families (spouse or partner, parents, children and siblings), are not eligible.

4. When to enter

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on Monday 5 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 12 October 2026. Entries and bonus entries received outside that period are not valid. The time of entry is the time our server records it.

5. How to enter

Visit comp.hamperswithbite.com.au/champagne-sparkling-giveaway2026, choose your favourite of the five Champagnes, enter your first name, email address and state or territory, confirm you are 18 or over and accept these terms. A completed entry earns 1 entry in the draw.

The bottle you vote for does not affect your chance of winning. No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry is allowed per person. Anyone who enters using more than one email address, uses automated software, creates fake referrals or otherwise tampers with the promotion will have all of their entries disqualified.

6. Bonus entries

After entering, you can earn extra entries by completing any of the optional actions below while the promotion is open. None of them is required to enter. Joining an email or SMS list is always optional, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You are added to an email list you choose to join once you have confirmed your email address.

Follows and page visits are recorded when you complete them on the giveaway page and are not checked. No entries are given for sharing, posting or tagging. Referral entries are awarded when a person who has not entered before enters using your personal link and confirms their email address, up to 10 referrals. Business nominations are limited to 3 per entrant, and the daily bonus to one per calendar day (Melbourne time).

7. The prize

There is one prize: one 750ml bottle each of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial, G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015, Veuve Clicquot Brut and Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial, with a total value of $699 (recommended retail price, including GST).

The prize will be dispatched within 28 days of the draw (or redraw), free of charge, to an address in Australia nominated by the winner, and will only be handed to a person aged 18 or over. We cannot deliver it to an area where the possession of alcohol is restricted by law, and the winner must nominate an address outside any such area. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a bottle becomes unavailable, we may replace it with a similar Champagne of equal or greater value.

8. The draw

The winner will be drawn at 11:00am AEDT on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 27-30 Success Court, Corio VIC 3214, by a computerised random draw of all valid entries. Each entry an entrant holds is one chance to win.

The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw and must reply with proof of age and residency and a delivery address by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 23 October 2026.

If the prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is ineligible, it will be redrawn at 11:00am AEDT on Monday 26 October 2026 at the same place. The redraw winner will be notified by email within 2 business days and must claim the prize by 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 5 November 2026. If it is still not claimed, further redraws will be held at the same place until the prize is claimed.

The winner's first name, surname initial and state will be published at hamperswithbite.com.au/competitions/ by Friday 30 October 2026, or within 5 business days of a redrawn prize being claimed.

9. Responsible service of alcohol

The prize contains alcohol and will only be supplied to a person aged 18 or over. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years, and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. Please enjoy responsibly.

10. Your privacy

We collect your first name, email address, state or territory, the bottle you vote for and any details you give us while earning bonus entries. To help prevent fraud we also record a one-way coded form of your IP address, your browser type and how you reached the page. We use this information to run the promotion, to contact the winner, to understand which products people prefer (from votes and poll answers, in aggregate), for our corporate team to contact you if you ask them to, and, only if you choose to join one of our lists, to send you marketing. Other entrants never see your details, except that the winner's first name, surname initial and state are published as set out under The draw.

If you nominate a business, please give us business details only and not anyone's personal contact details. Our corporate team may contact that business once about corporate gifting, and will not add it to any marketing list.

11. Social media

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. Entrants release Meta and TikTok from all liability connected with the promotion.

12. General

The promoter's decision on any matter to do with the promotion is final. We may verify the validity of any entry and disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms or who tampers with the promotion.

If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our control, including fraud, technical failure or unauthorised intervention, we may cancel, suspend or modify it, subject to any direction or approval of a state or territory regulator, including the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the promotion or the prize, including entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete because of technical problems.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
